This is a great product. Inserted easily with a little hard pushing. I used it for my 12-yr old in his Bauer Nexus stick when he went through a bit of a growth spurt. Parents, you spend a lot on composite sticks, there is no need to buy a new stick or a composite plug when this one works fine.It’s possible to painstakingly grind and sand this item to match your stick perfectly. I didn’t sand it at all and it works great. Any slight difference in shape of this item can be hidden underneath one of those 1-piece prefab butt end grips or it can be hidden underneath a good butt end taped handle. It has stayed tight and secure for the past few months – if your kid could shoot 105mph slap shots I’d worry but for simple rec or even club at 13U or equivalent it works fine. It’ll give you another year on that stick and saving $$ helps
