On receipt of your battery we will replace the cells with NEW longer lasting Industrial grade cells of your choice, with options from highly regarded brands – Molicel and Panasonic, we only use cells that are held to the highest standards of li-ion battery safety with certification to back this. The battery will then be fit with new information stickers including date of assembly and post back to you. We suggest that posting this battery to us wrapped in bubble wrap is a safe method of sending it to us. We will send out your re-packed device within 3 working days of receiving it.
